CCDD

Clean construction or demolition debris

Fox Ridge Stone - Oswego CCDD is permitted to accept clean soil as well as "mixed loads" that contain both soil as well as brick, concrete, stone, aggregate and asphalt or any combination of these materials.  Clean soil and/or mixed loads must be accompanied by IEPA Forms LLC 662 or LLC 663. Clean construction or demolition debris (CCDD) is uncontaminated broken concrete without protruding metal bars, bricks, rock, stone, or reclaimed asphalt pavement generated from construction or demolition activities. When uncontaminated soil is mixed with any of these materials, the uncontaminated soil is also considered CCDD.

We accept clean asphalt grindings at no charge.
